We are very please to announce that Feres Lauda is our winner of ‘Operator of the Month’ for July 2020
Mobile Team Leader
Feres started work for Heath & Wiltshire in December 2017 and has been a valued member of the team ever since. Feres is a Mobile Team leader for Business Manager Zaq Goulart covering Gloucester, Wiltshire, Bristol and Avon and Oxfordshire.
Some of the Key Responsibilities for Feres are –
- Managing a team of mobile operatives
- Interviewing new operatives for vacancies
- Training of new and existing employees
- Site Audits
- Specialist cleans such as decontaminations, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, scrub and resealing of floors.
- PAT testing
- Ordering and delivery of stock
- Ensuring that cleaning operatives and mobile teams follow Health and Safety guidance
A Deserved Winner of the Award
