Ground Level Cleaning – Cleaning up to heights of 45 feet from ground level using distilled water fed through carbon fibre poles. Our complete and self-sufficient jet washer van enables us to power wash the most difficult to reach parts of buildings in even the most remote areas.
High-Level Cleaning – Where possible we will clean windows and buildings from ground level however, this is not always possible. In the cases where we need to reach higher levels we have the know-how, expertise and equipment needed.

Our high-level cleaning operators are IPAF qualified. They can use cherry pickers, mobile elevated working platforms (MEWPS) and cradles. They are also RISQS approved abseiling specialists who will not only efficiently clean windows and façades at extremely high levels but will also carry out maintenance and inspections.
Internal and External Window Cleaning – We clean windows both internally and externally using distilled water for its amazing, long lasting results and its eco-friendly credentials. By using distilled water, we eliminate the need for harsh chemicals. Window cleaning should not be restricted to only cleaning the glass panes but also the frames, sills and fascias for a gleaming finish.
Building’s Façade – Your business premises are the first thing to consider when trying to make a great first impression. We make your premises look as good as new. By using a variety of high-level cleaning equipment, we can access even the most difficult to reach parts of a building. Gutter Cleaning and Maintenance Services

H&W offer an extensive and comprehensive gutter cleaning and repair service. This can be scheduled as part of a regular maintenance service or simply on an as and when basis.

It is always worthwhile and cost effective to take good care of gutters to prevent avoidable damage. UPVC gutters are difficult to repair and will often need replacing if residue is allowed to build up and cause cracks. This is a cost that can easily be avoided by managing the build-up of residue and waste through good maintenance in the first place.

Broken gutters may be the least of your worries if damage is allowed to continue. Broken gutters can lead to damp and water damage or structural damage to the building itself. Prevention is always better than cure.

All staff members, who work at height, have the most up-to-date qualification meeting the Work at Height Legislation 2005. Each cleaning operator has the relevant CSCS registration card, Health & Safety training, First Aid training and are IPAF qualified.

We also offer a call out service, so you need not worry if, or when, emergencies strike.

Sky Vac System – A far-reaching wet or dry vacuum system using a long pole. This can be undertaken from ground level up to heights of up to 45 feet

Rope Access – Rope access can be the least disruptive and most flexible method with minimal environmental impact
Cradle & Weight Systems – Cradle and weight systems provide high-level cleaning without compromising safety
