The Heath and Wiltshire Team

Our incredibly strong team are what make Heath and Wiltshire the wonderful company it is.

All our staff have a wealth of experience, knowledge and qualifications specific to the cleaning industry. Many have British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) accredited training as well as being certified in specific equipment management.

Our recruitment and vetting process is extremely rigorous because we believe that every member of staff must share our core values. Many of our staff have been introduced to us through a referral process meaning we are assured of their reliability and suitability for the role.

We have many mobile supervisors and managers who oversee contracts and are easily contactable 24/7 because we believe strongly in prevention of problems as much as quick problem solving.

Our site managers visit, inspect and audit works carried out and for very large contracts we can provide a full-time on-site manager if deemed appropriate.

Communication

We believe in the value of good communication in all its forms and we are confident that the foundation of our success is largely built on our strong communication structure.

All staff are trained in the importance of strong written and verbal communication. This has proven to motivate our staff because they feel listened to, well-informed, prepared and respected.

With strong communication systems in place we are quickly able to assess our clients’ exact requirements, implement a cleaning service tailored to their specific needs and guide our cleaning teams to start the task. Supervisors will visit sites regularly, oversee jobs and conduct audits with IAuditor to assess and improve standards where required.

We are also reactive and proactive, so our cleaning contracts are flexible, hassle-free and our clients can trust that the job will simply get done while they focus on running their business.

Training

It is important for all staff to follow a training programme, ensuring we provide a consistently high standard of work. Our initial in-house training and our ongoing training is thorough and comprehensive and is always lead by highly qualified and experienced industry professionals.

By investing in our dedicated staff, we can assure our clients that standards, methods, equipment and team performance is always consistent.
