Operations Department

Tom James Marriott
Tom James MarriottOperations Director
Tom joined Heath and Wiltshire as a Contracts Manager in 2007 after completing his Ba English and Business Degree.

In 2009, Tom became Heath and Wiltshire’s Operations Director.

A shareholder in the company along with his father, Thomas Martin Marriott, he oversees the management of over 400 external partnership cleaning contracts whilst developing a growth strategy for business, quality and customer satisfaction.

Tom works closely with TM Marriott, the managing director, to ensure Heath & Wiltshire is consistently operating smoothly & providing exceptional services.

He is a highly motivated and committed self-starter with entrepreneurial skills and has an excellent ability to lead, manage others and prioritise workloads in challenging, busy 24/7 service environment.

Emma Hicks
Emma HicksAssistant Operations Manager
Emma has been with H&W since 2005, starting as an Invoicing Clerk and then going on to become a PA to Thomas M Marriott.

Thanks to her strong work ethic, enthusiasm and charisma, Emma progressed to Assistant Operations Manager.

Emma assists the Operations Director helping manage the cleaning contracts by understanding and supporting the needs of the business, financial performance and also securing new business contracts.

Alongside this, Emma is a keen team player with a wealth of experience in both client liaison and cleaning expertise alongside an in depth understanding of Quality and Health and Safety regulations.

Lynn Twitchen
Lynn TwitchenBid Co-Ordinator – Operations Department
Lynn joined H&W in March 2016 as a Bid Co-ordinator bringing with her 12 years’ invaluable experience co-ordinating tenders for public sector bodies, housing associations and local authorities.

Lynn brings extensive knowledge optimising new business bidding opportunities.

Alongside this, Lynn is fully conversant with relevant cleaning industry and related policies, legislation, compliance and procurement.

With her adaptability to keep in line with the business requirements, Lynn is a fundamental asset to the Operations Department.

Sally Francis
Sally FrancisOperations & Recruitment Assistant
Sally is a key element of the Operations team where her hard work and assistance help maintain the smooth running of the company as a whole.

Sally is hard-working, dedicated and always happy to help.

Sally also plays a key role in the recruitment of suitable staff. She is always on the look-out to expand and improve our already impressive cleaning staff.

Keith Bradwell
Keith BradwellRegional Manager – London, Reading & Home Counties
Keith joined Heath and Wiltshire in 2014 and has extensive knowledge, experience and training within the cleaning industry.

Supporting the Operations Director, Keith leads by example, takes pride in attention to detail, works well under pressure and meeting deadlines.

He works closely with the Sales Team and has the ability to identify new opportunities within current contracts and sources new clients to increase turnover.

Keith is an excellent communicator, organised and driven. He thrives on managing and directing others.

Zaq Goulart
Zaq GoulartArea Contracts Manager- Midlands
Zaq joined Heath and Wiltshire in 2013 as an Exclusive Contracts Manager and in early 2014, moved on to Area Contracts Manager as the company has grown.

Zaq has over 10 years’ extensive and invaluable experience in the cleaning industry. He is an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible and hard-working person.

A team worker and adaptable to all challenging situations, Zaq has a strong customer focus continually building client relationships and is a strong contributor to ensuring that our services remain at a consistently high standard of cleaning service.

Ivy Tucker
Ivy TuckerArea Manager – Southampton
Ivy is a recent addition to the Heath and Wiltshire team.

Ivy has worked in the cleaning industry for 30+ years and we believe that her experience will be invaluable to the H&W team.

Ivy also has 17 years’ experience in caravan valeting as well as 5 years’s experience as an Area Supervisor.

David Whitehouse
David WhitehouseBusiness Development Manager
Graduated from Huddersfield University in 1999 with a BA in Marketing.

Shortly after began sales career at Newsquest as an account manager promoting media solutions to local retail and professional services clients.

During the next 14 years in the media industry gained a wealth of experience working as account manager at advertising agencies across automotive, education, leisure and property clients.

Finally as key account manager in directory sales before making a career move into the cleaning industry.

Previous experience (over 5 years) at a regional cleaning firm on the South Coast as Business Development Manager. Responsible for new business acquisition and further development of existing contracts. Promoting the full portfolio of cleaning and associated services to public sector, housing, medical and commercial business etc.

A consultative nature, I take time to understand each clients business needs, the requirement for cleaning and its importance before presenting bespoke solutions to meet those goals.

AdrianaContracts Manager
Adriana joined the H&W team in July 2017.

Adriana has a masters degree in horticulture and has written a number of articles on the subject for a variety of well respected magazines.

When she joined the company it was in the position of mobile cleaner but in the short amount of time that she has been with us she has truly proven her skills and been rewarded with a number of promotions, most recently to the role of Contracts Manager.

We are incredibly happy with the work Adriana has done and consider her a real asset to the H&W team!

Maykon Aceti
Maykon AcetiArea Supervisor – London
Maykon is a very valued member of the H&W team.

He has been working in the cleaning industry for over 10 years. His vast experience is an important asset for H&W.

Maykon has worked at H&W for several years and is currently tasked with supervising the London area alongside Operation Director, Tom Marriott.

Terry Dixon
Terry DixonMobile Supervisor – London
Terry is a valued Mobile Supervisor covering London.

He has been an Area Supervisor with Heath and Wiltshire since 2016.

His previous work experience includes working at Ascot Racecourse as a cleaning supervisor managing a team of 15 people.

Terry has also worked at Chelsea football club for one year as a supervisor.

Christine Pike
Christine PikeAccounts Office Manager
Christine has been with H&W for 12 years starting as an Accounts Assistant and then shortly after, promoted to Accounts Manager.

Christine is a very valued member of the H&W Team and has many transferable skills.

Christine is H&W’s longest standing member of the Accounts Department; she is AAT qualified, and has an extensive finance and accounting background.

Christine oversees the payroll, sales, purchase, and accounts ledger functions and is also responsible for P&L management and all aspects of HR.

Christine Elliott
Christine ElliottPayroll – Accounts Department
Christine joined H&W in January 2015 as H&W’s Payroll Clerk.

Christine is responsible for managing H&W’s payroll portfolio and has an extensive background and expertise in customer service, data collection/entry, accounting principles and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality.

Christine has solid knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and regulations when it comes to payroll and processing new employee documentation.

Christine is an asset to the H&W Accounts Department and is an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with issues in a calm and empathetic way.

Clare Jones
Clare JonesSales Ledger – Accounts Department
Clare joined Heath and Wiltshire in 2013 originally as the company’s Invoicing Clerk.

As the business has grown over the years, Clare is now responsible for the company’s Sales Ledger.

Clare manages a large portfolio of customer accounts and is responsible for handling external invoices, customer contract changes and documenting these in line with quality control.

Clare has over 20 year’s accounting experience which brings invaluable knowledge and efficiency to the Accounts Department.

Nicky Woolnough
Nicky WoolnoughCredit Control Clerk
Nicky joined Heath and Wiltshire in 2007 and is responsible for the company’s purchase ledger and credit control.

An invaluable member of Heath and Wiltshire’s Accounts department, Nicky possess a great aptitude for ensuring the company accounts are kept fully up to date and accurate, and is a strong team player with an eye for detail.

Nicky has an extensive, strong accounting background which supports the smooth functioning of Heath and Wiltshire’s Accounts department.
