Electrostatic Spraying - for complete sanitisation and decontamination within your working enviroment
We are pleased to offer Electrostatic Spraying, a new service which is both cost and time efficient whilst ensuring maximum performance. Ideal for infection prevention, control, sanitisation and importantly decontamination, the Electrostatic Sprayer coats up to 8,000 sq2 (750m2) on a single tank of fluid. Combined with the patented electrostatic charge, this allows us to apply a perfectly even coating on all surfaces. The touch-free system will get to the areas where pathogens grow because of the wrap effect and the ability to get into hidden, shadowed and small crevices, no matter where you are cleaning.
We are able to decontaminate areas where potential disease and infections, such as the Coronavirus, are known, or are have thought to have been. This is key, especially for companies with large work forces in helping to minimise and reduce the spread of any potential epidemics or pandemics.
We also offer other types of deep cleaning and infection prevention services, please click here for more information.
The Electrostatic Difference
The patent-pending technology provides an electrical charge to solutions, allowing them to wrap conductive surfaces with an effective and even coverage. Double-charged particles envelop all conductive surfaces – shadowed, vertical and underneath. There is no need to touch or wipe the surfaces providing a fast and effective application method, while using less solution. This is key when it comes to decontamination.
Our protocol for full environment disinfection
There are two products we use for our disinfection protocol, Ultra and Control.
Ultra – for initial use (first spray). This is the instant kill disinfectant which takes all surfaces back to basics. It removes the bio-film on the surface meaning that it exposes the organic matter where the harmful bacteria multiply and it kills them. For many years ‘non persistent’ chemicals in various forms have been used and this is what increases the surface bio-film, meaning that harmful bacteria is not killed to adequate levels.
Ultra is also a fantastic product when there is an outbreak. This disinfectant works for 24 hours, however once dry we will spray the areas with Control.
Control – This has 4 week environmental protection. It is affected by how many people touch the surface and measuring this exactly is challenging. At times of virus outbreak, we recommend spraying with Control on a monthly basis to keep on top of all surfaces and to ensure there is always a level of persistence.
‘Control’ is the only eco friendly non-silver and non-nano based disinfectant on the market today.
The 4 crucial steps
Step 1 – We enter each room and apply ‘Ultra’. This will remove the bio burden from the surface which has built up over time with the use of other chemicals – this will mean that the organic matter which harbours the harmful bacteria will be attacked by the solution and take each surface back to basics.
Step 2 – After spraying ‘Ultra’ we spray ‘Control’ – this is the only persistent solution on the market that is not silver based and does not use Nano technology – basically a completely eco-friendly solution with unbelievable kill claims and with up to 4 week surface protection.
Step 3 – Should there be any areas of visible dirt we use a cleaner/detergent. This can be sprayed with the sprayers and wiped, if required, with a thin microfibre cloth.
Step 4 – To compliment the full environment clean and disinfection, regular cleaning/sanitisation procedures should be followed by the day to day cleaning staff. Hand sanitiser dispensers are an option we can assist with implementing to help reduce the spread of harmful bacteria through people touching surfaces and points of contact.
