Kinga Kukuczka Awarded Operator of the Quarter – July 2019
We’re delighted to announce that Kinga Kucuczka is our winner of ‘Operator of the Quarter’ for July 2019.
Kinga is a cleaning operator who works on our National Trust contract at Lacock Abbey, Wiltshire.
With numerous buildings spread over a large estate, the Lacock site is one of our more challenging environments to maintain.
Our National Trust Cleaning Operator for Lacock Abbey
Kinga delivers exceptional cleaning standards within the back of house management areas and the public facing areas which, particularly at the peak summer season, are extremely busy.
Working during opening hours and therefore around visitors, Kinga is very organised in her duties and friendly to staff and visitors where she is representing both H&W and the National Trust. She keeps the areas clean and refreshed at all times, which has a positive impact on the visitor experience at the Abbey.
Along with the cleaning duties, Kinga will also report any maintenance and repair issues she finds on site helping the National Trust estate team to keep Lacock Abbey a safe and welcoming experience for all.
A Deserved Winner of the Award
Nominated for the award by her Area Manager Zaq Goulart, he commented, ‘’Kinga has been working on this site for just 9 months but in that time has made a huge impact on effective cleaning operations at Lacock Abbey.
Cleaning around visitors is very challenging and Kinga’s ability to prioritise cleaning tasks and carry out her duties in a variety of different environments on the site is highly commended and she really stood out for me as this quarter’s winner amongst a strong field of other nominees’’.

National Trust Facilities Manager at Lacock Abbey, Aimie Bartlett, was there to present the award to Kinga and added, ‘’What a difference Kinga has made to the cleaning here! Our visitor experience is extremely important to us and while she does an exceptional job in keeping our public areas clean and refreshed, she does so with a smile, is happy and engaging with our visitors. Well done Kinga on your award, we’re pleased to have you on our team!’’
Along with the award, Kinga was also presented with £75.00 M&S vouchers, a token of our appreciation from all at H&W. Plus flowers and bubbly from the National Trust team.
