Having achieved accreditation for ISO 9001:2008 in April 2009, quality has become increasingly important to Heath & Wiltshire Ltd in order to ensure consistent and satisfactory levels of cleaning standards and customer satisfaction.
Regular Visits to Client Premises
All Heath and Wiltshire Contracts Managers arrange regular meetings with all their customers for discussion and joint site inspection. Frequency of visits is mutually agreed. During these visits paperwork is completed to record inspections and customers satisfaction.
We also carry out visits to customers' premises during cleaning sessions to meet the Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives. It is vital that all our Operatives feel part of the H&W team and receive all the support they need. Stock levels are monitored and further training is scheduled if required.
Cleaning Schedules
Detailed daily cleaning schedules are provided for each site and each area to be cleaned. A copy of kept in the cleaners cupboard so they can ensure all duties are carried out and frequency of duties is maintained. A further copy of the schedule is issued to the customer and the Heath and Wiltshire Supervisor/Manager. The Cleaning Schedules provide guidance, control and accountability.
Satisfaction Sheets
Our surveys are optional and are generally carried out via the phone or email. Results of these surveys are collated, actioned and reported back to the customer.
Inspection/Quality Cards
These unique record cards are completed following every visit to a customers’ premises and detail the cleaning levels at the site. The card is signed off by the customer with a section for comments. Any actions that arise from the inspection are carried out by the cleaning staff and followed up by the Manager responsible.
Customer Comment & Cleaner Liaison Register
A Liaison Register is held on customers’ premises to provide an easy communication means between Customers, Supervisors, Cleaning Operatives and ‘Heath & Wiltshire’ Contracts Managers. Registers are inspected during site visits to review any comments that need further action.
