H&W Welcomes Adriana to The Team!
In July 2017 we welcomed Adriana Lioni to the Heath & Wiltshire team!
Originally from Brazil, we pleased to be able to hire Adriana due to her excellent experience and friendly personality.
Not only does Adriana have a master’s degree in horticulture but she has written a number of articles on the subject for a range of respected magazines.
Her knowledge and experience are a great asset and we’re incredibly happy to have taken Adriana on as she has shown nothing but resilience and preservation from the moment she joined us.
Whilst maintaining her job role and performing the tasks at hand to the standard that we expect from all our employees, Adriana is also currently taking a part time college course to improve her English.
Adriana started her journey with Heath & Wiltshire as a mobile cleaner but in the 4 short months since she began she has already progressed and been promoted to a Mobile Supervisor.
At Heath & Wiltshire we recognise and reward hard work and in this case, it was clear to see!
